Ah, Kinect we hardly even knew you yet you still managed to overstay your welcome.
cracking jokes about that cheesy line read will never ever get old lol
Only on PS4 is 9 games "a slower month"
Yea, it looks really good. A new take on the genre should be interesting.
So this no name person who's "totally" not just trying to get clicks cites an unnamed source to claim the next xbox is coming less than 2 years from the launch of the X which they are already selling at a loss.
Yea seems unlikely. I mean what would even be the be the point? They are going to try to sell another expensive console that really can't improve all that much over what they just released.
Let them go first watch as they releas...
"Looks better" maybe... "Plays better" that's marketing BS.

I can't wait to see whats next, I'm sure it will be something special.
Sony and Nintendo will bring tons of exclusive games and Microsoft will continue to limp along riding the coattails of the third party developers and coasting on timed exclusives.
@chiefJohn117
That's untrue, your quoting the revenue comment from the console sales as pointed out on Novembers NPD. But Sony also sold PSVR and far more software than Microsoft did. And on top of that revenue is not profit. It will be a long time before there is any actual profit generated from the X which is being sold at a loss.
@michellelynn0976
$150 million is a heavily exaggerated cost and it does include things like marketing and legal teams.
The companies that are making games that "cost" that much are also funneling tens of millions of dollars directly into executive salary.
The amount of that $150 million that actually goes to people who work on the projects is a fraction of that cost. This is in part why you see the rise of inde teams that ca...

Before you go spouting off things you don't know anything about perhaps you should investigate.
First off most indie developers are loaned free of charge dev kits for their projects. The game creation is done on PC's using emulation within the development software. (Unity for example). So a dev creates their game on PC then gets a free loaned out dev kit in the final stages to bug test the game or software. And on top of that ...
Pantz If you don't realize the value of FPS, 90 FPS is beautiful I doubt you even own a computer if your saying it's not.
BTW I do own an HDR TV go play GT Sport then play PUBG and your see the difference. I also own a 10-bit monitor.
@Pantz
Haha I'll trade a poor implementation of HDR and 20 FPS for 90+ FPS every day of the week.
"You bring up the Switch but Nintendo did exactly what you said about MS. They dropped a console that was not a success and then threw money at a new console and are now reaping success. All this accomplished by throwing money at the problem, thank goodness the leadership and investors didn't get tired...or where you here during the WiiU times saying the same?"
Nintendo is a wildly popular company that has a major global following Nintendo can get away with t...

"Especially when PUBG has already been reported that a million users are playing PUBG on Xbox and more than likely it has grown since then."
How many people bought CoD or FIFA though?
Many PS4 exclusives you xbox fans keep saying don't matter sold far more than a million in their first week... just sayin.
"Don't you find it funny that it's the same people who keep repeating this crap over and over again?"
"Tell a lie long enough and you'll eventually believe it? 😂😂 "
Ah is that something like how people keep saying exclusives don't matter even when PS4 is selling three times as much software with only two times as many consoles?
It so funny to hear people say Microsoft can buy this and that if they just wanted too as if buying an international cooperation is like going to the supermarket and walking through the self checkout line.
I remember when people were saying they were turning the ship around back when Phil took charge, four years ago...
You talk about how throwing money at it has changed things, but the reality is Xbox is still getting outsold and thier market share is shrinking not growing, especially now that the Switch has entered the contest. The truth is launch years were far stronger than 2017 was. The line in the graph is going down not up. Heck the x couldn't even win it's lau...
Sony and it's 3'rd parties brought easily the best gaming line-up in the past two generations.
And despite what some people like to say all to often, games are the most important thing for a "gaming" console and that's what Sony delivered. The amazing thing is, that even after having the best lineup in 2017, 2018 stands ready to top 2017's accomplishment.
