I'm glad that they improved and added more depth to the controls. The lock on system is crucial to this type of game, it's about time that Capcom implemented this feature in a MH game. The games turning out to be an epic adventure, though I really wished they developed it for the console instead of a handheld. Oh well! Looks like I'll be getting MH3 Ultimate until they localize this one...
Current gen titles are structured to take advantage of the CPU, the Wii U was designed NOT to take advantage of this structure, but to rely on the GPGPU and RAM to offset the CPU. I understand that MH3 Ultimate doesn't have online features due to the fact that Nintendo is now providing the servers instead of Capcom, but it would of been nice for Nintendo to create some on the 3DS. Oh well at least MH4 will have online and some sort of chat feature... This is indeed great news! All they need to do is localize it soon.
Definitely sleeker than the previous model! Love the sleek curve on the right, makes for a more comfortable experience. This will go great with the release of MH3 Ultimate and MH4 soon after. I can't wait to re-play RE: Revelations and KH:DDD with this on my XL! I never expected to miss my original so bad...
