I can agree Killzone 2 looks better from what we've seen so far. But much like Why Dis it seems you live in a state of constant denial if you think it looks like a Ps2 game.

We've only seen an extremely old build of AW, and it certainly didn't look better than KIllzone 2. They talked a lot about the dynamic lighting, which was impressive at the time, but now Killzone 2 has something ridiculous like 200 lights per screen. The coolest part of this trailer is the reveal that the ground they're fighting on is actually a giant rock creature climbing Mount Olympus. Now that's truly epic.
Much better trailer, but I'm still waiting on what the combat will actually look like. This may be real time, but obviously not exactly how it's going to look like for in game combat.
Ps3 is just destroying this year in the exclusives department so far. The only interesting 09 exclusive on 360 that we know of is Alan Wake, and who knows if that will see the light of day this year at all ... Anyhow I don't know why you can't enjoy both systems. Learn to be a gamer.

This game definitely did not deserve a high score like a 10 as I'm sure Killzone 2 does not deserve a low score like a 7. Although really I could care less about what Edge has to say ever. I'll take the gritty shooter any day over a shooter with no edge. No pun intended.
Killzone 2 is already the best looking console game to date. One could even argue even better than Crysis due to more attention to detail, and better use of lighting/effects.

We haven't seen anything from this title that has upped the ante in any way shape or form. So far they've shown nothing better looking than what we've seen from Uncharted 2, and certainly not even close to Killzone 2. We'll just have to wait, and see if what Jaffe said was true. There is still quite some time till it's gone gold so be patient before making those bold claims.
