i think the wii u is going to be able to put great graphics if developers give it time, it's even running unoptimized ports with only a few framerate issues. The wii u simply needs a game that shows off what it can do like the gears of war game did for the xbox 360.
If they added a feature that could transfer map data over to your phone from the wii u, it could be a very good way to plan trips. Other than that it's nice that even google is supporting the wii u apps, but not exactly practical.
You have to remember that not everyone is gonna be online at the same time, so it won't show how much has been sold, but its been a pretty stead growth as compared to a week ago. Console Communities take time to grow.
I've also heard the wii u is using nvidia's physics x for a more detailed physics simulation, so that should put the cpu worries out of the way if they use that.
I just started the gta top down titles i think last month on the ps1, and they are surprisingly fun. I'd even say i had more fun with them than 4. It just tried to hard to be a simulation of a real world environment and it succeeded in what it wanted to do, but what it wanted to do watered down the fun factor.
knowing this site, someone is going to O.o
People need to quit looking at the numbers, alot of cpus can do alot more with a 2 GHz than a older 3 GHz processors, efficiency is key with new processors.
G-force got decent reviews, nothing horrible, this article makes it seem like he has hatred for the movie instead of the game. Besides there are far worst games i've played.
I'm going with the 3rd parties on this one, it is simply more powerful. We know nothing about the architecture. The gamecube was known for have a good architecture and made games that looked almost if not as good as xbox with half the clock rate.
I think i might pick up this wii for the rv, it's smaller than the current wii, but the fact that there is no wifi is gonna limit it's use for a home. I'm sure by the end of next year though online isn't gonna matter as alot of newer online games used custom servers, so i doubt alot of companies want to keep paying for them.
chinatown wars sold pretty well i believe over a million copies which is impressive given that i didn't see a commercial for it until the psp version came along. My friends who love gta knew nothing about the game and when i showed it to them they loved it.
Well a patch was said to be on the way according to sumo digital, its just getting approved by Nintendo
Man I'd love a 3ds GTa I bet the 3d would look awesome XD, maybe a top down sequel for the 3ds and a 3rd person style for the vita or maybe 3ds as well
I know how ya feel I've always thought that it's stupid to have memory cards on a system that uses game cards, but other than that I've enjoyed what few games I have for it
It's about on par with how the early Xbox to Xbox 360 ports were. Better lighting and such
Heck i kinda like the look of it, it's a shame about the wifi, but tbh alot of my games don't have wifi support except call of duty, goldeneye and monster hunter, which i can use on my regular wii
I guess atleast it still has killzone and maybe the psp downloadable ones which work decently with the second stick, but still ti's disappointing.
All the call of dutys on the wii sold a million plus except mw3, but the wii was pretty dead by then. So like i've said on other articles it will take a bit to get an audience, i'll judge it in a month or two.
I really don't know where anybody got the 12 gb/s the only person who said that was on a forum and it blew up. Plus even if you went by what the part number said many developers have said that it's been modified to be faster and efficient.
Well it'd be nice to have it on the big screen and then like the video in this article you could map it out on the touch screen while looking at google streets to see the sights on your hdtv. It's almost perfect for planing trips.
