I don't think we will ever see a wide screen on a ds like model, it would have to have a longer body to fit both the bottom screen and buttons
Free up some ram for devs to use, that would help textures etc. It's the only thing i can think of.
They aren't lazy, they are just business smart. Why spend more money on the version that will sell the least? The ports got better as the ps3 sold more because it finally gave them a reason to spend the extra dollars.

It was a very early title so those 100 million consoles were not around at the time it sold a million copies so that is a success for capcom and with a smaller Dev cost a million copies is enough for a profit on wii
I know they changed up the lighting scheme at night, which was said to be the best criterion has done. So maybe it's just purely an opinion. I've also seen reviews say it's better, it's on par or slightly better. So once again mika/Dylila is just using one review to contradict many.
I think this has happened with every console ps3 started slow an the xbox started slow. In fact the wii u has sold better than the ps3 and xbox did at this point in it's life cycle. Once nintendo gets it's games out it will sell just fine and if third parties are true to their word they'll provide software since it will have the base they want.
So what wii u fans got hyped because of the devs lying. It's not the wii u fans vault and It's not like it is the first time for it to happen in gaming. Aliens anyone?
These "quality attempts" were not what people on wii wanted, look at resident evil 4 it sold a million copies (it was a port). What ea gave wii owners where games that were either crappy ports or versions nobody wanted ala rail shooters (it didn't even sell alot on ps3, like alot of wii "hardcore game" ports) . I bought extraction, but i would have preferred a tps horror game.
@Snookies12 i haven't seen it either, i've seen some parts that could have looked better, like the clocktower parts the building look a little bit bland and under detailed. I have yet to see it transition like the article suggests and it's looks pretty good for what it is though.

Well I didn't feel like I should compare the console and handheld games as there are different expectations involved. So I'm keeping this within the console god of war games.
So basically they can't do Mario and Zelda in HD due to licenses, same thing different wording

I might get it down the line, but knowing how open the console is to open source programs i'm more than sure it will see the google play store on it and since it's a tegra processor most of the games will work fine. The free to play requirement is only for a little while from my understanding. They recently did a program for devs to apply for some funding with that extra kickstarter money, so i don't think they'll have too many problems with exclusives for the first year or so...
