I think it was good for what it was, it was simply a burnout paradise sequel. It was an excellent game, but not necessarily what people wanted.
I really don't think as many major companies will use unreal 4, ea has frostbite 2/3, square has their engine and edio's crystal engine, ubisoft has it's anvil engine. The only people i could see using it is smaller devs, but now we have cryengine and unity 3d to compete with.
All i know is that nintendo and sony have gotten me hyped for both platforms, even if nintendo in a bit of the normal software drought associated with most launches
Well to be fair the wii u's launch had more hardcore games then the kinect has had in it's life time :P.
And yet this conversation was about the original controller so yea it does matter because the comment was about the original plain controller, not the dual shock.
So basicly he brought up something that had nothing to do with my comment. I'm not disagree with him, but i simply wasn't talking about the dualshock. Btw it was introduced on the dual analog controller :P
The original ps1 controller was basicly the snes with extra shoulder buttons and a grip. It makes sense as the ps1 was essentially a beefed up snes attachments. It even felt like the proper successor to the snes to me. It had all that awesome variety that the snes had, which is why i loved it. @jimbobwahey, you are aware i'm speaking of the original Ps1 controller the one WITHOUT analog sticks. Why am i getting disagrees, would someone like to explain? it's common knowledge that the w...
It's unified shared memory, as for how much it will use for the system software i'm guessing it will be around 1 gb- 1.5 since in development the ps4 originally had 4 gb of ram and killzone ps4 took 1.5 for the gpu, leaving 2.5 of the original 4 gb limit left and some of that has to go to the cpu.
If recent actions this last gen are anything to go by ea is a business first then game devs. They have brought in so many things that make them money and in some cases hurt their games. Real racing 3 and simscity being the most recent.
I'll probably pick it up when it gets a custom rom that supports google play. That is such a missing feature imo.
Well sony has cut down it's policies and Made it's architecture of a pc variety. So it's more attractive than most consoles, especially if it's market base gets huge.
Because the disc is pretty much blu ray tech, but for legal/cost reason it's not.
The wii u is also streaming in the mii verse info, so it might be what's causing this to slow down a bit. It would explain why i've heard varying reports of how long it takes to load.
Dead space on my nexus 7 is pretty fun as well with touch emulation XD
Never had any issues with my 4.2 jelly bean nexus 7 unless you try to run a bunch of stuff. The ouya has an upclocked version of the nexus 7 chipset.
Except this time around ea isn't as big as it was during the dreamcast days and most of the first parties have more than enough money to make up for that lost, unlike sega did.
Lets be honest though, how many of the people using emulators have the orignal carts, i don't think it's a large percentage.
*better on pc ;)
Most collectors want to go the legal route and use carts. It's nothing against pcs and emulator, i just prefer the carts.
For PC go back to steam alot of PC owners refuse to use origin and always on drm and for console thry need to get rid of IAP, on disc dlc and the obsession of put multiplayer on everything.
