Now, I dont mind white guys: I am one myself. But I rather see design sticking close to what a character is supposed to look like. So a Ryu with blue eyes, or a white Sagat, it's just weird.

... subtitles will be available in the game, which is a HUGE plus. Even for english-speaking people, I feel subtitles can often come in handy. Every game should have subs as an option.
GTA is a game about crime, and crime isnt pretty. It's violent.
GTA is also a game about FREEDOM, and allowing you to do whatever you want with the toys it gives you, which are weapons and cars and lots of potential victims.
Now, I find it FUNNY and AMUSING to paint whole blocks red with blood, so if I wanna do that, it should be possible in the game.
If I wanna slowly shoot an in-game pedestrian in both knees and watch his reaction, I wanna be able to do that.

So in most cases, you kinda NEED Windows to use all those other programs that you DO want.

... because now instead of just a PS3 and joypad, you get 3 movies thrown or an extended demo thrown in for free. Better than nothing, and it costs nothing extra.
Personally though, I'm more interested in the Ratchet + Uncharted package, except that I'm waiting for the new controllers to come out before I buy a PS3. In 2 months I'll be in HK, so I'll probably be able to pick some of those new (white) controllers up over there, for half the price they would cost over here.

But there arent really any N64 games that I'm interested in. Only game that I would like would be Zelda, but I have that one on the Cube already, so no need to play it through an emulator.
I would welcome a Dreamcast emulator though, if that would mean playing Soul Calibur en Japanese Shenmue again...
... I'm now trying to get emulators to work on my modded Xbox. I've been playing Super Mario World quite a bit these last 2 weeks orso, plus I wanna install Chrono Trigger so I can enjoy that game again.
Also really want to install MAME on my Xbox, so I can play Street Fighter Alpha 3, which I never have had a chance to play.
... I have a legal OEM version, but sadly it's the 32 bit version.
I have no reason to install an illegal version just yet, but upgrading to a 64 bit version would certainly be my first reason.
...and Europeans always being overcharged would be my 2nd reason for not wanting to give MS any of my money.
