DJFFNY was an awesome awesome game, and just imagine that gameplay, only with character with ALOT more and diverse powers, in a larger setting. Ofcourse, it could also have failed miserably (see DJ Icon)

... why they have to 'westernize' Ryu with BLUE(!) eyes, and give him a horrible hairdo... or why they have to make Ken so f-ing ugly, with a bad Chuck Norris-style hairdo (sort in the from, long in the back)
All the other characters look great though, as do the backgrounds, so I'm still pretty interested in this game... but it's just a shame that they didnt get those 2 main characters 'right'.

... plus EA games mostly SUCK when trying to play online, cause they insist on running their own servers.
... and if enough gamers feel the same way, than EA will just have bought a useless studio.
I hope that the people that work for Take2, will all just quit if EA takes the company over, and form a new studio where they can continue working on their own games... perhaps under a different name.

NGB is one of the best games EVER, gameplay-wise... so if they now have better levels, better graphics, and a gameplay that is as good or better as NGB, than it will still be a must-buy.

... FF7 (movie) wasnt very good, but I used it mainly as an example of the gorgeous CGI which can be used to bring a very decent and faithfull SF-movie (in terms of design and staying close to the original characters etc, instead of using real-life mediocre actors who cant fight.
... I wanna play this game as it was intended to be played, and not how the BBFC or whatever wants me to experience this game.

Honestly, these kinds of movies they should just make in stunning CGI, like the style of Final Fantasy 7. That way you can keep much closer to the original character-designs, and you can just do everything you want in terms of movement, design, special effects,e tc, without it looking like crap.

Ah well, both versions will have it's pros and cons.
The 360 has the DLC, which could be nice (although I'm not a big fan of paying for DLC), and the PS3 has the Hard Drive, which might mean a smoother experience if the developers have managed to take full advantage of the PS3.
If Microsoft wants everyone to buy the 360 version, they should drop a bombshell and announce that the upcoming DLC will be FREE.

I just had my old classic Xbox modded (it was broken and could only be fixed with modding it) with a 250 GB HD, which was only 60 euro RETAIL (so much cheaper for a company like Microsoft to buy in bulk), yet they charge so much money for a lousy small HD. It's just disgusting and one of those things that many gamers, like myself, will keep in the back of their heads when a next generation of Microsoft comes out.
I dont mind Microsoft making a little profit, and I'm certain...

... I have Vista now, and it's OK, but I feel like I got screwed with the OEM, which is only a 32 bit OS, which means my machine will only be able to use 3,25 GB.
Now, I wanted to contact Microsoft to see if we can manage some kind of 'trade', so i would actually get the version I would WANT (and need), but apparently when your Vista is an OEM, their 'advice' will cost ya money. Poor poor service.
So it will be 64 bit Ubuntu for me instead, probably starting with...
