The game sucks, always has, but still feel bad for the guy. Sounds like an honest mistake. Why'd he even get brought up on charges, seems like the boyfriend dating a minor should of been the one being taken to court.
People don't care about the specs. Nintendo doesn't have the games that people WANT. Mario is old and worn out and no cat ears is going to change my oppinion on that.
People want their GTAs there Fallouts and Elder Scrolls, They want online interactions that make that 60$ purchase still give enjoyment months after the SP has been beaten.
Nintendo doesn't offer any of that, and that is why it is failing.
Seriously Nintendo is a toy, it is not a gaming machine. I think they made that abundantly clear back in the Gamecube era with the purple controller with big colorful buttons on it.
Like all toys their popularity hits a peak, then becomes "uncool" eventually coming back as "retrotastic" (firby for example)

Agree. I only played about 10hrs of FF13 was full of the most annoying and stereotypical characters ever. The only cool thing was the baby chocobo in the black guys afro.
