lol this game looks better than no man's sky
The only RE games I ever played till the end were the ones everyone says suck, and those only due to the co op campaign which I played through with a friend.
I remember RE1 and RE3 and Code Veronica but not fondly. Hated the controls and the game mechanics. I could see a scare coming but didn't have the freedom to do it my own way (how can a locked wooden door stop anyone except a small child...)
I played the demo for this and it was really enjoyable, but felt like a d...
it was pretty lacking, took me 2 tries to get out. PT I spent 45 minutes wandering that hall and NEVER got out.
I am holding judgement until I find out whether there are still Zombies and all that, if they did away with the Zombies/monsters it has no right calling itself an RE game.
The presentation was terrible. It had no heart and the games were not really highlighted well. When you take a step back and ignore the bad presentation, what they actually showed was really impressive. But that doesn't change the fact that the show was terrible. Terrible cringey dialogue in Gears, Scalebound, and sea of thieves. Lack of proper buildup for games, We happy few just sort of happened and I think that game will be amazing but the whole time I was like wait, is this some new b...
There is no way they could be as bad as EA was. Even though the games didn't appeal to me, Bethesda had a good show. Showed off 2 new games as well as a remaster, moving fallout to vr and the Dishonored stuff.
But of the 2 MS will by far be the weaker showing. They will mostly be relying on the 3rd party yet again (just hoping they don't devote more than 10 minutes to slims/ more powerful systems and Oculus partnership)
I guess we'll know in the next 2 hours. But I highly doubt that they don't show off at least 1 of the star wars games. I am betting on 2 though.
Time to see these Star Wars games that EA only teased existing yesterday
that image is definitely not a sequel, the lighting isn't good enough to look next gen. Though if it is a remaster that is still awesome.
Like Jack said, they rarely go exclusive but if you need more reasons
1. All 3rd party exclusives have been huge bombs on the system (sales wise) (tomb raider Sunset Overdrive)
2. EA is licensing from Disney so Disney is charging them a bunch of money to let them use the license, they'll want to maximize the return because the financial risk has already risen.
3. Battlefront already under performed so they won't be taking any risks.
Ea and Microsoft will be really buddy buddy. At the Ms conference we will see our first glimpse of at least 1 new star wars game. Most likely the one being made by the former director of the Uncharted games. It won't be exclusive but MS will gloss over that to make it look like they have a huge seller to themselves.
Sony predictions
We will be seeing something new from naughty dog (either the rumored Crash game or TLOU2)
We will be seeing whatever it is that Sony Bend has (dead don't ride)
We will be seeing what Sucker Punch has been working on (I think Spidey is doubtful as Disney owns the rights for
games, though maybe part of the deal with allowing disney to use him in movies is they could get the rights for a game...)

Personally I don't really even use my ps4 for gaming, just haven't had the time, but am still interested in the NEO. I have a launch PS4 and it has a number of problems (like the auto ejecting) so I always assumed that someday I would need to get a new PS4 anyways, so with better framerates and resolution it will make the eventual day a bit easier to chew
how so? Everything they did was done before. hell its obscure but even the regular nintendo had a service similar to xbox live way back in 1988.
Xbox has pretty much been the same thing as a steam machine since its first generation.
2 words Kingdom Rush
nintendo can afford WIIU after WIIU. they have billions, and don't risk it on tvs/computers like sony or Minecraft like Microsoft.
If they lost a billion dollars every year we could stil see another WIIU every 5 years for the next 20 and they would still be holding on
that was the first fps I ever liked. Had it for the original Xbox. Wasn't a very long game but it was well paced and had varied gameplay instead of go down endless corridors shooting enemies.
