400hrs is 400hrs too short. Guess I'll just have to play it as both a man and a woman... problem solved
I don't know for certain whether they are having a press conference at paris either, assuming they're not...
I get the feeling they are more interested right now in getting morpheus into peoples hands on the show floors of all these different events. They can't really show those games in a stream because won't be a genuine experience, I think that they'll wait till Dec to announce anything new for the ps4 and till then really push Morpheus, which is really an entir...
maybe it is just because I've always hated the crackdown games, but that didn't look too good to me. I'm sure from a tech standpoint it is but looking at it I couldn't help feel like everything was legos and not real. The chunks of debri falling from the skyscraper looked so fake it really didn't give me hope. With that said this could be just a first step and once a GOOD developer uses it it could be something really impressive
I believe in you Todd Howard
fallout 5 won't be coming till 2023 so by my calculations 400 hours of gameplay is too short by about 69,700hrs
Fallout 4 and xcom2 and Battlefront all in the same month. Tomb Raider can wait till it is in the bargain bin against those odds.
even xcom 2 and battlefront won't be day 1 purchases because of fallout. Yes some can afford more than 1 game, but there is also the cost of time. I know Fallout is going to monopolize my time so why even bother picking up others until I have beaten fallout.
it is all about priorities, yeah they could of focused more on graphics, but that would of A increased dev time. B increased cost by requiring more workers. Or C led to compromises elsewhere.
I am very happy with the graphics, I think the game looks way better than most next gen games I played, personally I didn't think whitcher looked that good outside of the character models.
The character models are the only thing that people seem to complain about (the world/ monsters...
these are physical. so when the mini nukes start dropping we have something tangible to trade for some iguana on a stick
meanwhile you'll be starving trying to convince people to buy your digital copy...
-i'd pay 50 just for the case. look at the pipboy edition, you're paying 60$ just for the pipboy, and honestly this mini nuke looks WAY cooler
I said the same thing... then they announced fallout Anthology yesterday... PREORDERED :)
"As far as stupid gimmicks go, this is the best f*cking one" -Todd Howard
it WAS funny, clearly you're a BABY, "If you don't know the score, you don't know the TRUTH" -Miller
it was most famous for being bashed as vaporware by penny arcade. I believe the owner of infinium tried suing them for slander, even though they were clearly right. The creator of Infinium used pie in the sky promises to trick people into investing into his system and then cut and run with the money if I remember right. though later they released a keyboard.
its time for a new jet grind radio. without the arcade style that didn't really fit with home games very well. No timer, no focus on score. Instead make it a good cartoony blade runner basically make mirror's edge on roller blades
agree. But after playing left behind, I also really hope Ellie finds somebody. With that said, I hope if they do another story DLC they do it co op. I understand not tinkering with the main game by adding co op. But man it would be great to experience a story that amazing in a co op setting even if just in a 2 hr dlc.
Bethesda wasn't lackluster it was shiny as hell. The presentation was amazing with a very casual feel, the games were amazing with tons of focus on what Bethesda fans wanted to see.
Clearly anyone of the opinion that it was lackluster aren't Beth fans and are just grumpy there was no COD parkour
for the best. I rather have a great single player than a ok single player, and bad multiplayer.
yeah hated all those radroaches...
long ago someone got a great pizza, he responded "It looks like more of the same" they took it back and gave him a cazone.
Don't be that guy.
who said I've never played Fallout 4. I'm from the future, Fallout 4 ends up being the pinnacle of gaming, never topped. Society collapses because it served its purpose but at least the perfect game gets made, so good trade off.
there was once a pie graph breaking down where that 60$ go, you'd be surprised by how little actually go to the dev and publisher. Something like 30% goes to licencing fees to Sony/Microsoft and then like 20 or 30% goes to the retailers. Then like 20% goes to taxes. So at the end of the day they get maybe MAYBE 20$ for each copy. You then got to take in the cost of getting the discs made and shipped. So maybe 16$ will go towards the cost of MAKING the game.
With all that it takes...
