So your telling me we only get that other Spin-off with the number in the title? Lost Planet 3 looks horrible, no where in line to what the first 2 games were like, this game seemed like the only interesting entry of any kind in the Lost Planet Universe that is going to be released soon and America is not getting it -_-. Capcom has managed to attempt killing 3 beautiful japanese birds with 1 western stone (LP3 DmC RE6)
Well with PS2 they pushed for solid 30fps but they sort of failed and were plaqued by reoccuring frame rate drops, but this time around, it seems they want to just do it justice with the HD version with uncompressing what was a very pretty game ahead of its time, a soild smooth 30 fps is fine by me, its an improvement nevertheless over the original game which could not maintain its 30, even though a 60fps would have been more satisfiying.
Im sure they are just gonna push Versus to next gen, so they will be able to make it multiplatform and equal on all platforms.
Yeah, who better than the father of the party brawler genre, I'm sure they'll do great, besides Nintendo got Namco to do Mario Kart Arcade 1 & 2 for them so I'm sure there is a close connection between the 2 companies.

Oh yeah, forgot that part, now entrances of each character in the begin of the game play, as well as the correct winner/loser animations and scoreboard pictures, and the stage you play on serves as the background to the scoreboard
Also to add, Items are more visible with a eye attracting white sparkle, sound effects have been tweaked for character moves, and I've noticed faster loading of the game, plus the game now ends right when the counter gets to 0 instead of the number blinking 0 and having the game go on for a few more seconds where kills and such do not count.
and knowing Capcom they'll sell you the ending in DLC...
This goes to show Capcom really knows what they're doing when it comes to japanese games, they are horrible with Western stuff, leave that to the western developers. This game looks great, seems more like Lost Planet than that other spinoff (Lost Planet 3), and kinda looks like it has a Virtua On feel to it which seems awesome.
I think classic Dante should have been in the game, and new Dante released as his own DLC character with his own play style the same day his game released, but I feel Capcom knows only the people who like New Dante would get him for the game, which doesn't seem like many people lol
A costume for me doesn't do it, because its still new Dante's voice, body language/ movement and personality as well as his fighting style (which is the one thing I don't mind). The Tomahawk in the Medal of Honor 2010 was the most satisfiying melee kill in the game, it was the one reason to be excited to play as the taliban. Every game likes to put a knife swipe, and it feels like I did nothing but scratch them and they just so happen to die, but with the tomahawk it felt like you got into thir armor and skin and were able to stop them. I would rather games have tomahawk for melee and gun butt hits.

This is probably the best article ever written about this game. He mentioned how its just a beta so bugs and balance issues are all understandable, he talks about the variety, and how it is it's own game. I'd like to add I personally like how every stage is random in what appears where and when, like the pits in Hades stage, or what is built and where in the LittleBigPlanet stage (for the things on each end of the stage). This feels like its coming out to be an amazing game. Cant wait...
