How many EA games are worth buying let alone playing these days? Bugger lining their pockets with a subscription.
Shaggy2303 - but it doesn't look fun either, even people that have played are underwhelmed. I'd be jumping off the xbox ship and just let it sink.
But this doesn't look impressive on any level, graphics or gameplay. Irrespective of who started development or announcing it, this looks like trash.
I don't get what you are trying to say, I really don't. All those games you mentioned are top tier when it comes to graphics AND gameplay (Still waiting on Days Gone).
The lights really are on and nobodies home with ms fans.
Killzone 2 released and looked bloody amazing, the environmental effects were insane. So while there was a downgrade (I'm not sure that video was ever supposed to see the light of day) the game still released and looked impressive.
Now in 2019 with 5+ years under its belt, cloud tech, harnessing the power of 20 xbox ones - we have this abomination.
Spin it anyway you like fellas, sometimes you just gotta man up and cop it on the chin.
Maybe cutscene are 60fps.
Still flogging that old chestnut, 5+ years in development and its Mattricks fault. So you know how ridiculous that sounds.
Cut the bloke some slack, he has been gone forever and he still cops the heat.
But not teflon Phil, the white knight of xbox. Wake up, they're all as bad as each other at ms.
To this extent? Come on mate your having a laugh for sure.
HZD, GOW, U4, U:TLL, Spider-Man and soon to be GoT, TLOU2 all look amazing. Pushing visuals to their limit on closed hardware. Just call a spade a spade and call ms out on their inferior (sometimes abysmal) game creation skills.
No wonder their all about services the last 2 years.
Doesn't something smell off at xbox?
No mate - this is night and day, they also went with one of the least taxing art styles possible.
It's just not good, no matter how you slice it.
5+ years in development remember. Don't forget SoT, SOD2 and now this - might be time for ms to throw in the towel.
They shouldn't have called it CD3 then, that implies a lot more to the customer - opens up for potential buyers remorse.
A remake would have been a safer bet.
Lord_Belasco - Congrats mate, but look how many xbox owners do. PS threads are littered with them spouting the same unfounded rubbish.
Puddlegate, BC, Crossplay and trolling all Sony Single player exclusives, a few of the topics blown out of proportion by xbox owners.
But do you ever see a PS fan playing the martyr?
CD3 has been a joke since it was announced but xbox fans are believers in ms lies, they should be trashing this game l...
Does it hurt mate? Does it hurt? Guess who is next to crap on this game - xbox owners. And I hope they call out ms too.
Shareholder I see, not a gamer - interesting. If you're a gamer you've backed the wrong horse. The metric is games, not profits Haha.
It's that easy is it? Making a game is bloody difficult, making a good game is even harder. They don't just happen by throwing money at people, ms wish it did - but it doesn't.
Ms is 3rd place again, that's what I see happening.
You know Forbes are one of Ms's biggest fans right? For them to call it out, it's looking like 4's and 5's are heading this games way.
Shouldn't they have just pre-made CD1 plus a few extras here and there? Sounds more and more like that's the route they should've taken.
Who didn't get busted rubbing one out? Surely it's not a bad thing.
Oh dear - what is happening at xbox, the lies are unraveling - don't dig the hole any deeper. Just release it and forget about it. It's best to move on and look to next gen.
Who the hell plays 8+ year old games on their new console? People that don't get AAA 1st party games on a regular basis I guess. I know where I'd put my time.
