It's ok mate all the other games on the market are there for you - cookie cutter sequels and safe stories with same ott set-pieces, that get boring after the 3rd one.
Thank the heavens for Kojima and his willingness to let his creativity shine. It's unfortunate games cost so much to make, I'm sure there's just as many talented devs out there that just can't get the backing for their ideas.

Yep - There was a doll with nails in its head and another inside someone, maybe being used as a Bridge Baby. My only guess is the doll is used to trick or fool the BT's or they allow you to go somewhere you're not supposed to.

Not even a contest - MGS4 - destroys MGSV, that's why V was seen as a let down to many. Still a great game, but flawed.
MGS4 was comparable to MGS 3 : Snake Eater - the best MG in my opinion.
