i don't like ign all that much because i think they tend to be less professional than other game coverage sites. but i do think the award is well deserved. And yes i played halo4, gravity rush, persona4G, far cry 3, and TWD.
BTW i think there are plenty of ps3 fans who frequent ign.

I disagree. Everyone has a mini console at their desk with their computer, which has done nothing to slow home console sales. Maybe the reason i can't see it happening is because it feels so silly trying to play an actual game on my phone.
I remember trying to play gta3 on my droid and my god was it painful to play. I ended up buying Stories on my vita and it's no question which was more enjoyable.
It's pretty incredible really. Journey being of the best games this gen it's a great pleasure for me to see it getting this type of recognition that no other game has had.
All i'd say is congrats. I know it's a nominee only but to me it's a damn good achievement. Here's to more great gaming.
true, PS+ subs already get Auto updates, so i don't see why background updates would need to be exclusive at all.
it's a cool workaround but i'd like for this to become a fully realized feature in the future, PLUS exclusive or not.

this game is shaping up well. Everything i've read and seen through dev documentaries just shows a ton of effort to "rebuild" ffxiv and let's face it that "Reborn" trailer was f****** insane.

me too, i bought journey about a month ago but i can't really complain. at least people who were on the fence can now take the plunge with no regrets as they should. it's a fantastic game.
