They never ended the Jak franchise and neither did they end the Crash Bandicoot franchise, they just left them hanging

Well for me it definitely wasn't. I played over UC1 several times, but I only played through UC2 once.

Sony wanted to make money. Although this was going to be a top game by the looks of it Sony decided to scrap a new IP to support some crappy PS-Eye game.

E3 2006 is what made me want a PS3, all those exclusives and new IP's were just mind blowing, but then what happened? Sony lost all their long time exclusive games apart from GOW,GT5 & R&C and all the new IP's that made me want a PS3 were canned.

In todays world many companies are struggling because of the economy so jumping on the 3D bandwagon is the easiest way of making a profit since everyone else is doing it.

So after almost 1 year they opened their mouths about DLC? I don't call that support, but at least they still want to finish the game AFTER it's been released. Anyways I got to about lvl 30 in A-spec and then got bored pretty quickly.

Real fans complain about the games they play, they give feedback to the developers which ultimately makes a better game.

R&C:TOD was really good to me but ACiT wasn't even worth a second playthrough for me. I've played every R&C over 10 times yet I just couldn't playthrough ACiT again.
There were so many things wrong with the game and I wish after this they make another proper title.

LoL no it doesn't, Tomb Raider 1 is a 100x's better than UC2 imho and I think Idiana Johns is better too.

That's actually true and it's something that's baffled me for many years. Pokemon is basically an anime about cartoon cruelty.

You see most of the people on this site have lost the plot.
I'm definitely buying this game but why do the cutscenes look so much better than the actual gameplay? Some scenes almost looks like CGI. I was hoping for the in-game graphics to look identical to R2's cutscene graphics but it doesn't look like that's the case.
In any case this game imo is the best PS3 exclusive game coming out this year.
