Personally out of all the conferences I think Sony, EA & Ubisofts were the best. MS's conference was basically Halo 4, Forza 4, Fable 3 and laggy Kinect gimmicks. Nintendo's conference was confusing as hell and a bunch of gimmicks the new controller could do (all pointless btw).

Currently to me the gameplay looks way better than UC3, UC3 has the exact same gameplay mechanics as UC2 and they even kept all the same animations apart from a couple of new combat animations.

what's wrong with CGI trailers? CGI trailers have a larger impact on the audience than gameplay videos and it's a really good way of showing off the kind of atmosphere the game will have.

Compared to the VGA trailer the game looks completely different.
Actually I'm not impressed with Uncharted 3 like how was for Uncharted 1&2, the only thing that actually grabbed my attention was the VGA trailer which actually looked better than UC2, but now after seeing the single player co-op build of the game I can firmly say it looks UC2.5 to me.
