Wha? This boy's crazy.
@GiggMan, It's not about caring what others spend their $ on. It's about others spending their money on this type of crap affecting all the rest of us. Cuz it causes these companies to go even further with the nickel and diming and pay-2-win type crap, and not worrying about optimizing their game engine and content properly cuz people show they'll buy any ole junk regardless.
Exactly, which is also why there's huge bugs in the engine still from COD 4:MW. They don't need to fix it if the fans keep eating it up anyways. Which is why they also got away with the horrible excrement of code that was Ghosts on PS4. The game looks too crappy to perform as bad as it does on PS4, yet they still make their $$, cuz drones will buy regardless.
It's weird, cuz Kinect bundled was a major bonus for devs that wanted to add a little Kinect feature here 'n there in their games. Without the mandatory bundle, alot of that goes away now, and it'll be mainly full Kinect games with any features. It's not gonna be worth it to add features to other devs, when they don't know if their consumers have Kinect to even use them or not.
It's strengthening devs confidence in the platform, and at the same time ki...
Nice.
LOL, that's what I've been saying about why there's no mp3/video local playing or pc streaming. They want more time to lure you into Music/Video Unlimited.
The visual quality is good for an indie.
It does remind me of Awesomenauts visually.
Oh, haha, it's suppose to be a modern day power company. Procedurally generated is always welcome, cuz that means replay value goes up as long as it's done right.
All the fx and background activity looks pretty cool.
Because SFxTekken bombed because Disc-locked content, and pay4advantage.
SF4 was good, SSF4 was great, Arcade Edition was getting into the point they said they wouldn't cross of overdoing it on pointless editions. I mean, Evil Ryu, Oni(basically Shin Akuma), and Yun and Yang. There should have been more to that than rebalancing and 4 characters of which are edited 3D model clones in physical presentation, though they have unique movesets.
Ultra SF4 is ove...
Would it make them money though? Crapcom would have to be consistently putting out quality that sells for that to work. I think by them even being in the situation they're in now, shows they aren't capable of that at the moment. Unless Nintendo was gonna really get in there and change up how Crapcom does things and could guide them on all the top IPs to where they brought back what made them great - then they could make money.
Just buying them, and letting them contin...
Street Fighter, it's holding on by a string though. It's also been slightly tarnished by nickel 'n diming in general, SF x Tekken and it's pay-to-wi... sorry, it's pay-for-advantage system with 'gems' in it, and locking chars on disc to sell as $$DLC$$ later. Then, that COO announcing SF5 along with another pay-for-advantage system, just killed the hype for SF5 for many.
I think it's like 4 million/yr.
How does someone like this make so much money off youtube? It's a sad state of affairs.
KI2 in general wasn't what it was cracked up to be. It sucked, any true KI fan would tell you that. Crappy idea for a remaster. Just move onto a whole new KI, rather than punish people with that horrible waste of code.
LOL @ all these supposed KI fans that think this is good news. KI was an amazing and original fighter that lasted forever in arcades. KI2 was such a letdown and downgrade from KI, and died out super quickly in comparison because of that. Plus, the character...
The voice-chat option is the exact thing I recommended in the past. Leave it set to off by default with others out your fire-team, but allow users to turn it on. It's just stupid to take it upon themselves to say, we're gonna leave chat off permanently with strangers. So, when I'm playing with no party, and just go around fighting - I can't chat with people doing the same missions as me, unless I first invite them to my party. That's just stupid, and makes getting chatting...
Hah, not bad.
They were too afraid to direct him properly. He's the big GoT actor on the set, they just gave him the script and let him do what he would with it. I blame bad directing.
LOL, I also found it funny that they worded it like that. Especially when it is another feature that should have easily been in there at launch, and it's another example of how the UI was rushed.
