I was only kind of interested before, but after seeing the work they put in on the upgrade - I'm pretty hyped now.
They need to just start making the newer controllers with a 2000mAh battery, rather than the 1000 they currently ship with. That should take care of the battery life issue. I have Grip-Itz on my 2 DS4s to combat the early rubber wear and tear. Hopefully it's true that the new models have a different material that doesn't wear down quite as quickly. Those are the only 2 issues really, other than that - it's a massive improvement over the DS3s.

Loving these modes. It's got that L4D humans vs infected going on. I was already interested before the co-op or modes like this. It's getting better every time I see it.

Considering I don't expect them to be displaying topnotch next-gen visuals with this game, it's not sounding good for their optimization team. Especially for a game whose formula has been quite old for some time now.

You couldn't be any further from the truth. They ignored the red ring of death and didn't replace 360s without trying to charge people for it. Eventually, as the issue progressed and it became extremely clear that it was faulty manufacturing they were legally forced to replace them without charging. Get your facts right dude. You completely twisted the history there, and somehow have more agrees than disses. I guess because it's an X1 article, so people...
Speed run or not, a game meant to be an FPS MMO hybrid being completable in 9-10 hours is not good. Other shooters not even meant to have MMO elements take longer to finish their campaign. Going for everything in any game can take upward of high double digit hours, that is no excuse. It definitely should be a bit higher in hours for even a speed run for such a game.
I just wish the texture quality could be upped slightly. Whenever they go up to a car, it's really rough on the eyes.

I felt bad for him when watching Indie: The Movie, even though he looked like an angry jerk there and even at the time - I felt his partner that split from him back then probably had good reason. I had the option of the white when I bought mine a few weeks ago on Amazon, I still went with blue/black. The white one's really pretty, but unless I had a white PS4/DS4, I much rather it all match with the black/blue TV/PS4/DS4.
It was already announced last year that it'd be a PS+ game, I've just been waiting to find out when the damn thing was releasing. I love the game on Steam, though I haven't played in awhile, and there's tons of new stuff I haven't seen in it. So, it'll be awesome with this new version that has even 50% more new stuff than that last version finally releases on PS4. Then the new local co-op mode we'll be able to play online with Shareplay I'd assume. Kind of like...

It looks pretty nice, too bad they had to ruin it with insane amounts of Day-1 $DLC and Pre-order crap. All surely torn out from the game, just to make an extra early buck off the consumers.
