How much did it improve?? I cant tell 100% but im thinking mine improved somewhere between 8-16 fps maybe more lol im not even sure. What settings are you at aswell?

You cant confirm these are frame drops, this could be the stuttering issue when you rotate the camera. This vid, can you stop posting it lol, i see it on every witcher 3 article. I understand where you're coming from with this but for your sake and others hopefully it'll be fixed soon. Also i wouldn't call that "unplayable" i mean if it continues to happen every second when you're in game then i see why you're frustrated with the game.
This card was rumoured to be priced at $700 if the true price was below that people would buy this in a heart beat, turns out it actually is under the rumoured $700 price and it seems like NVIDIA have slaughtered AMD before their 300 series cards release. Unless they price their 390x at $600 and performance similar or more than the 980 ti i dont see AMD getting anymore market share than they already have. I could be wrong though, we'll have to wait and see.

You're wrong you'll need a titan x to get 60 average a 970 wouldnt get 60 average but the 980 might, the reason it runs low on kepler is because hairworks hasnt been optimised for kepler but NVIDIA have a driver update coming soon specifically for kepler based gpu's.
This is already used in pc. The witcher 3 has this, the video just shows it being used in Unreal Engine 4. It does require optimisations though.

What bugs are people referring to?? I've put in 25 hours and haven't experienced a single bug, unless there was something i don't think is a bug that really is one.
I knew this from day one sort of like what those parkour guys do when they fall from higher distances. Like everybody is saying the fall damage is harsh but doing this specific technique helps you by reducing the damage caused or even preventing death in-game.
