I understand where you are coming from. But like i said don't worry about what others say, if you enjoy the game fuck what everybody else thinks right? This is his opinion, don't let others convince you otherwise if you think the game on consoles is a 10/10 then nobody can tell you otherwise. The reason he gave the pc version a higher score was because it has the better visuals, you can play at a much higher resolution if you've got the power and you have the option to play at a much higher fps than 30fps which the consoles are locked at.
I think its because of the graphics and higher fps is why he gave it a 10 on pc 60fps just feels a whole lot better no matter what game you play, obviously its not essential for a game like this but its very good to have it anyway.

That was most likely the limited edition call of duty one. This will be available to purchase for a while and wont be limited.

Well you said you had two things on high. I have 1 thing set to high and the vram usage i have never seen it go beyond 2.5gb your evga card would certainly get better performance as it runs cooler and is able to be overclocked higher than a reference. If its overclocked how much have you increased the core clock and memory?

Judging by Bethesda's previous games i dont see fallout surpassing the witcher 3 visually, unless they have some new futuristic game engine.
Guys be careful when you get your haircuts in-game. There was a time where i asked for a haircut, the guy gave me a completely different one and told me to leave the shop or pay for another one lol.
I might need to try your settings i had everything ultra hairworks off and got 42-60 fps average about 52 and with foliage visibility set to high i had average 56, depending on the area. Also my card is a reference so i might have worse performance compared to you. But overall pretty playable framerate when if it hits the thirty's i get major stuttering.

Was about to say this was false, went to check steam and realised hatred isn't there. I live in Australia so i think they've disallowed the purchase in Australia, that's why i don't see it on top. Currently its Lego worlds at number one followed by gta v and the witcher 3.
This guy is sort of an idiot, just because a file size is close to the pc version that doesn't mean it'll look or run the same.
