Im no fanboy for any console but ps4 gamers have to grow the fuck up and stop being childish, same goes for X1 gamers but the majority from what i see are ps4 gamers. The witcher devs said that because the game was coded in DX11 they would need to code the entire game again into DX12 to see the benefits. Which in this case is way too late.

Yeah and theyre giving out 16 free dlc packs if you're going to complain dont buy the expansion packs its easy as that. I spent $200 on the collectors edition and would still pay for these expansions for that price ofcourse it'll be even more qhere i live but i couldnt care less.
So they give away 16 free dlc's and charge for 2 and people are still crying. For fucks sake, i cant stand tight asses, learn to support this developer. They're one of the only few who respect gamers and at that price point and the amount of added gameplay i dont see why people should complain.

Any pre built rigs can have components switched out i believe, so you should be good.
Your processor and ram are sufficient, the gpu is not far off what they recommend i would suggest if you've got the cash go for a gtx 970 if haven't got enough for that go for a gtx 750ti, r9 270x or a gtx 960. They'll be enough to play the game on high to ultra.
