I've got a similar setup. gtx 780 with an i7 4770k, i was worried for the game as i'm getting it shipped to my house and will arrive in a few days. What is your average frame rate? is it locked at 30 like i've been told?

The fall damage is ridiculous but do people not know how to double tap circle or B just before they hit the floor in order to reduce damage or stop it from happening at all?

Yeah effects in game usually are the main reason for frame drops, same thing happens to my pc unfortunately. My worst bug is that in cutscenes things load sort of slowly like for example the camera may switch to geralt and his beard loads 1-2 seconds in, its annoying but hopefully patch 1.07 on pc fixes this issue.
The problem is that the xbox patch costs them money and needs certifying and we don't know how long this process may take, pc on the other hand is free to patch and doesn't need certifying that's why you see pc patches more frequently.
I dont think the size of the witcher 3, that game is almost 4 times bigger than gta v with the future expansions.
@Dragonking007 Money can do anything, and microsoft has a lot of it. But hopefully none of them buy some form of exclusivity all should be able to enjoy at the same time.

I went from using the ps4 controller to the xbox one controller. I used to play playstation only and decided you know why not buy an xbox, my left thumb did hurt but i got used to it very quickly. I use an xbox controller to play most of my games on pc now.
Gotta disagree it is highly likely the ps4 sold more but if you have 2m for ps4 and 1m for xbox one that means the pc version sold 1m, but as stated in the title pc is 1.3m. My guess is ps4 is 1.6m, pc is 1.3m and xbox one is 1.1m

I'm not sure who this is directed towards. But me personally, i don't take sides for any game. All i am trying to say is this guy should learn to make the games he develops better. Dragon age: Inquisition in my opinion was terrible same shit every single new area discovered, the majority of side quests seemed to have no effort put into them, they had no story or depth it was always go find this or go collect these. I couldn't even finish the game, it was lackluster at best.
You base how good a game is visually? Get out of here man. Like kraenk12 has said dragon age was a lackluster game. I say this and am sticking to this and so are many others. The game did look good visually but the amount of effort they put in the game was showing and it was a terrible effort, you get the same old fetch quest and nothing unique, every other new area is essentially the same nothing is changed other than the look of the area.
