I enjoyed BOTW. It was the biggest reason (and mostly only reason so far) i got a Switch. Do I think its the best game ever made? No. Do I think its the best Zelda? No. But it is a good game. I think the best it offers is sheer quality. The worst it offers is a general lack of variety.

Again... power matters. This is exactly why ms is backing off a bit with vr support (and oculus being on shaky ground). I don’t think even the One X is powerful enough to deliver good vr (that’s happening on pc). VR just simply requires a lot more horsepower to push the frames necessary. im not as optimistic. most of the biggest major games won't be on Switch AND its also underpowered. After I finished BOTW I haven't even turned my Switch on. When I look at the releases coming up, every single title I am interested in won't be on Switch, and even if they were, I have a ps4 pro and an xbox one S (soon to be an X) that will run those games better than they could run on Switch. Mario Odyssey will be good I'm sure, but there are going to be tons of new games ...

I certainly hope not. I don’t use ps now and it’s even built into my two Sony Android tvs in addition to my pro. I don’t want to pay more for ps plus due to another service I don’t use. I also think the price increase is lame considering you don’t get to keep any “free” games you’ve amassed if you cancel. Not very friendly.
heres the deal: xbox one S: $249-299 same as ps4. ps4 pro: $399 adds 2.28 TFLOPS to the GPU. xbox one X: $499. Adds 4.6 TFLOPS to the base One S (more than a full ps4 pro), GDDR5 memory (same as pro) + with an additional 4GB, faster bus, faster clocked GPU, 4k Bluray. Totally acceptable pricing for educated gamers.
