This reminded me to check on the status of the PC stuttering issue. It was FINALLY fixed four weeks ago with Patch 4. Looks like I finally get to play through. :)

The destruction looks so good and from this article the tower was player destroyed (i.e. taking out the support beams),not scripted! Can't freaking wait to play this!

I have the problem with my setup (580GTX/i7-920 installed on a Crucial M4 SSD). This is the first time in a LONG time that I have been a part of the PC gaming issue minority with no fix in sight. The issue doesn't make the game unplayable but just "unenjoyable." I could play the game if I want but I choose, like many, to wait for a patch.

Yes it is. I'm having a blast so far. It isn't "pay to win" but it is definitely "pay for convenience." The "Foundry" (user made/submitted quests) is an awesome feature!
Happy to say that I contributed. The last 24 hours were crazy as supporters brought in around 500k.
More destruction (see BFBC2), Commander Mode, mod support, Recon back to BFBC2 style, 6-man squads ... lastly, 3-way conflicts (i.e. UN vs China vs Russia).

I bought FarCry3 for $7 last week. Guess what, I do not NEED to get rid of it to save money. I get to keep it while saving approx $43 (current Steam price of $49.99) towards something else. :P

This game is like Dead Island to me (reception, not the gameplay). It's getting bashed for a lot of honest reasons (i.e. UI, repetitive quests, chat system, short story, loss of weapons, a character rollback) but I'm still having hella fun! There is just something there pulling me back in.
