I only got 30 percent of the way through GTA 4 before i got bored. I play the multiplayer every once in a while though.
If you want a free mmo, try Anarchy Online. Its getting a huge graphical upgrade this fall. Haven't played in a while, but it was a hell of a lot of fun IMO.
I'm really looking forward to this game, the original was one of my favorite ps2 games. The return to Mars makes it even better.

Its a shame that people don't agree with you? people have different views of what is fun. I'm not going say this will be a kick ass game, but I'm also not going to say it isn't fun. Because I haven't played it yet.
Oh and the QTE thing, God of War used a lot of QTE and it was awesome. this probably uses it differently but I don't know why that means its not fun.
I think I'll be able to play this forever.

The only fighters that I have ever owned were MK series and Soul Calibur 2. Never played tekken, Virtua fighter, or SF. SF and Tekken look pretty sweet, not sure which one is for me though (I can't help it, I like the hokey MK stuff.)
