I want a game where all you do is walk around an extremely well detailed city taking photos and making movies, the main use of natal will be in head tracking to create a very vivd 3d world. The only use of the controller would be to move around the world and actually snap the photo or movie. The position of the camera, setting up scenes etc, would all be mapped through natal.
The goal of the game is to take photographs and make movies on things like animated people, weather, sc...
because this gt vs forza fighting has been happening since 'forza 1 vs gt4' so I don't think turn 10 started it I think fanboys started it.
It seems that by design the only purpose your post could serve is to incite an argument, or some unnecessary conflict between people who enjoy forza vs people who enjoy gt.
Both are good games, both are on separate consoles. Why does one have to be better then the other, it's not like they're competing for the same user base.
The PSP has been a huge money sink for sony.
The psp was responsible for over 2 billion in losses due to it's RnD, and production costs. Sony had hoped to circumvent via the sales of games and umd movie, however, due to the cracking of the system and the abundance of homebrew the psp actually lost far more than that.
Even by todays estimates the cost to produce a psp is only barely below that of the retail price.
Although I would've stated it a bit more eloquently.
I can't wait to see what type of designs people make for their cars in forza 3.
were people who did not care at all about l4d or l4d2, they just wanted to fan flames so they could say junk like:
"valve sucks, look at how they treat their fanbase, I'm a complete douche!"
The boycott is un called for, if we're going to boycott l4d2 then we should boycott every game that has 1 year release cycles:
call of duty
guitar hero
madden (or any sport franchise)
etc.
Criterion was the developer of renderware, the most used 3rd party engine last generation, and I think they have a pretty good idea of what each copnsole can accomplish.
the bathroom scene just was so fluid and dynamic that I actually thought it was a movie, then there was the awkward pause as he walked to the mirror.
It looked just absolutely great.
You also didn't mention whether the cars were stock or not.
So I wouldn't be boasting anything based on that.
Also, GTR by simbin has every sim racer on consoles beat, and has had them beat for a long long time.
please stop spamming that in every natal post. It's clearly against the rules.
I've also pointed out several flaws in that video and you have yet to make a rebuttal so please, the gaming zone is for conversations. Leave accusations and ignorant posts in the open zone.
Isn't it sad that all the ps3 exclusives that have been released within the last year, only one made it into the top 20?
it sorta goes both ways...
the game where your suggested line is holding the guard rail half the time?
I wouldn't compare the physics in GT to forza....
I hope it maintains some steady sales... After all ps3 games have long legs right?
then I assume GT is competing with project gotham racing...
Maybe you should wait and see for yourself how the cars handle, specially after you turn all the options which make the game easier off, eg STM, ABS, TCS, auto trans, etc...
difficulty
transmission
abs
tcs
stm
tire wear
damage
brake line
one button racing (new)
all of the options can be changed so that players can earn more or less credits depending on their skill level, the credits are calculated at the end of each race and the multiplier is added for bonus.
but... I'm sorry to inform you, forza maintains more physics calculations per second then every racing game circa gtr3.
360 physics calculations per second.
And that's on fully customizable cars where gear ratios, to tire flex, to weight, to wind (drafting and kits), heat, preformance, all can be changed in and out. Not simply engines and power...
I think popular science did a great article on how accurate forza motorsport's physics engine was by competi...
I don't really hold a preference to either.
And I know it was gameplay in the forza video, but I wanted to point out that the video I showed was also gameplay because in all honesty a lot of people around here would chime in with a replay of GTp and attempt to prove that it's graphically superior. Even though i personally would find that to be miss leading.
I also chose a video that was taken with a camera as opposed to a direct feed to once again have a balanced co...
GT can be the real 'driving' simulator.
Forza can be the real 'racing' simulator.
best of both worlds.
also, you're getting disagrees because people don't agree with your opinion. Many people think other games like GTR are true driving and racing sims, while both GT and forza are comparatively arcade like.
that could would never run, depending on the language you need to import librarys and such nots. Unless you're using assembly then it's like 12 lines of code because lowlevel programming is such a pain in the as...
