As for open beta's, that's all it is. The open beta for halo was released feb 2007, the game was released in september (6 months) blizzard...
they double each remaining share and reduced the price by half. So instead of the original shares I held I know own double at the half rate and people are buying which is nice.
Now if only they offered up a nice dividend like sony does.

The game is still on track, and they're working on it, yes it'd be nice to have some new screenshots but at least we have some to begin with which is more then we can say about like ff13, or the getaway, or games xyz.

because of 2 games, wii sports(sold with every console) and wii play(packaged with every controller), the wii does have a relativley low attach rate, and what's worse is that most of those games are nintendo products, from mario kart, to ssbb, to zelda, to wii fit.
I personally own shares in sony, activision-blizzard (who's stock recently split, woot) and in amd. Even I don't care because it the markets are f'd right now anyways, consumer products are taking the biggest hit so everything is decline. There's absolutely no point in fighting about any of this.

The systems aren't going anywhere. MS isn't going to stop producing xbox 360's and games and neither is sony so it doesn't matter what the system sales are.
Game sales on the other hand are important because if a company can sell a lot of games it means we either get important new start ups, or we get more of the same old. Rare made goldeneye, just because some of the staff from rare started up free radical does not mean it was the same team. Infact only about 1/4 of the original team from rare went to free radical after perfect dark, so that's very much untrue.
