Yes. Stadia worked (not flawlessly, because some dark games were umplayable), but it worked in the "lag free" side thanks to the "exclusive" controllers.
1) Kill Series S and concentrate on Series XS slim version with better hardware and only one platform (with and without detachable disc drive).
2) Push Series X only + Windows 11 AAA+ titles from first party studios.
3) Invert Series S efforts on lowering prices of hardware and software.
4) Push esports with CoD, FIFA and others with Xbox as official platform.
5) Make Kinect/Cortana/Bing AI assistant integrated with Xbox, Windows, Android, etc. in one platf...
And then, PSVR2 arrived to show others how to make money with VR.
But... then... they'd compete with themselves... Well, they could loose too.

Well... good quality VR has been very expensive for years. To play Half-Life: Alyx in good shape you needed a high end PC and HQ VR set connected to it. But, now, with Quest 2 or Pico 4 and a wireless connection to a sub 1.000$ PC you can experience the game full quality and maintaining 72/90 fps.
