For sure.
Can't believe article has been up for an entire half-hour and hasn't been plagued by a single Sony fanboy yet.
Same, all the games multiplayers have been awesome, gonna be great to play them all again. Hope Halo 5 interfaces with MCC when it releases.
I'll spend most of my time in Halo 1 since the others were online and I got to play them constantly. Halo 1 you had to set up LAN parties which were awesome, but definitely more rare than signing on Xbox Live. I wonder if they'll add the banshee/flamethrower/fuel rod gun and rocket hog from the PC version of Halo 1. For sure th...
10 years old and still the best FPS multiplayer ever made. I don't care for Counter-Strike but I'll give that game props too.
But will anyone care after they have visited the 12th planet and realize the game isn't any fun and just clouded in hype?
@Rowdius_Maximus
I own X1, PS4, and a high end gaming PC buddy. I can play the game if I want to. I'm just voicing my opinion that this game doesn't look very good, and that it's surrounded by a hype bubble that will definitely pop when the game releases. Procedurally generated content is lackluster. Game may have billions...
Sorry but the walking dead is a Grimes story. It'll end with Rick or Carl. Notice how Daryl has never made it on the cover of a season? Daryl is a f'n Nazi who rides around rocking a S.S. emblem on his bike lol I don't know why people like him.
I would buy this immediately if I knew it would let me use my x1 controller on my ps4 so I never had to use that terrible DS4 ever again. Some games seem to require use of the touch pad or the touch pads button though and I don't get how that would work. Maybe I haven't looked around in games controller options enough and that stuff can be disabled.
This clown acts like he isn't allowed to play the game. The game is still being made dude, and you are completely allowed to play it if you want to.
@4:30
Yes, you just have to grab an X1 too, you can't just lie like that.
"Garrett from Twinfinite looks at the Rise of the Tomb Raider announcement from Microsoft's Gamescom conference, and discusses why, from a business perspective, there is no way this game will stay exclusive to Microsoft"
Lol, confirmation of nothing, some guy talks about why he thinks it won't stay exclusive.
I'd say probably timed but did Sony ever even show this game off? It's probably always been X1 exclusive.
Agreed, vehicles are what make Halo great. If it was just 4v4 no vehicle maps I wouldn't play Halo. It's really those giant 8v8 battles on BTB maps that stand out.
Too much focus on catering to the MLG crowd, which MLG settings are basically neutering the game of all the fun aspects.
I own both systems so I couldn't care less. If you care that much about tomb raider then you either bought the wrong system, or you need to go buy an x1. More likely at some point it'll be released for PlayStation, then you'll call it the definitive version, and shove it in x1 owners faces like you always do, so stop crying.
All we know is that you can fly in and out of space, and space combat looks super boring.
I agree we need to know more about the game because the video footage of this game makes it look terrible.
Hopefully the tools improve to help with the workload, but it sounds pretty awesome, can't wait to see the benefits Azure provides over this generation. Sounds like it's going to provide some impressive gains.
And if we ever see this game come out it'll be really cool to see the differences between the game with and without Azure, that will really show a clear picture of what cloud computing brings to the table.
Took like 3 hours to reach level 8, are people really disappointed that that won't transfer over? Laughable...
Last gen consoles are like owning a flip-phone, the current gen consoles are like owning a smart phone. Not our fault that you don't see it. If you don't see that yet, you'll never see it, and you will be disappointed no matter how many years into this cycle you wait to buy your new console.
Anyone who PC games know that res/fps are just two aspects of a games visuals. There are generally 12-20 different graphical settings you can tweak, and the trick is to find the best balance between all of them. You can't just simplify visual fidelity down to just 2 factors. I guess that is the only things a console gamer every really gets to see, and that is why people seem to care, they just don't see the big picture.
The feature is nice, but why buy a new system to play old games? You likely already own the old system, so its just a small convenience to have BC. It would be nice to have during the beginning of the generation here but more and more games are releasing so there are plenty of games to choose from now. I'm not going to complain about no BC, it isn't a necessary feature. Media functionality is however, bring it back M$/-$ony
I agree the PvP was very underwhelming, not nearly the caliber Halo multiplayer is. Though I think Halo is designed with multiplayer as priority, where this game PvP is the "other" mode, or second priority. That fine with me though, I only wanna do the questing anyways, gonna have the Master Chief Collection to play, which is totally epic. 100+ maps spanning 4 games all interfaced seamlessly - bungie, you've been outdone lol. Thanks for passing the torch
I just hope you can make private games. The whole time me and my buddy were playing we were both complaining about random people running around ruining it for us.
The multiplayer also left a lot to be desired, its not nearly Halo caliber and felt very generic, class C experience.
Indie developer, probably not using the esRAM at all. Much more graphically impressive games have released on the system without any problems.
