Defo an improvement. At least I know where I fire now with the aiming reticles. Helicopters feel a bit stiff but way better than the old crap you had to deal with.
They're probably wanting it to stay true to the main game. Maybe if this works out they will add 8v8 or something. I could be wrong and something like 8v8 could work. I just like the better teamwork you seem to get by having a small tight unit but am always up for trying something new as long as it doesn't turn into a Battlefield game and stays a Ghost Recon game.
With 4v4 it stays tactical. Any more and things will go to shit a lot. Especially if playing with randoms. Can't wait to check it out. Addicted to this game.

That's the only reason for it though. Why else would you rip games and put them online for an active console? I'll tell you why, it's to allow as many hackers as possible to find ways to exploit and eventually run said games through modding.
Look at it this way, at least owners of the DLC get to play with more people in multiplayer now. The player-base must be dwindling now. It's a win-win situation. I'm going to give online a go because of this.
