"You do not even see them unless you go hunting in the menu"
I get constant reminders about the loot box stuff everytime I go to the menu in-game to check my army or quests. Lost count of how many times they've advertised deals for them there. One day only crap and stuff. I will never be so stupid to buy worthless virtual items though but they want you to know they're there as much as possible.
I want a Vita but they don't sell the original OLED version anymore which I want.
Actually look pretty cool I think.
Yeah, it is gambling. Needs to be regulated. Loot boxes could be a trigger for ex-gambling addicts playing the game, don't get why it's not regulated at all.
*obvious
"Purchase Battle Chasers: Nightwar & Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen instead of Shadow of War. 2 games that are twice as good"
Are they? Says who? They're completely different experiences. Like saying to someone instead of buying FIFA buy the new NBA game as it's twice as good even though it's nothing alike.
"If you care even slightly about gaming, and are pro consumer"
lol dramatic. I care about gaming, I ordered the Gold edition as I liked the content included and the game looks great. I'm no fool with money. If I'm offered something worth it and I see value in it I will buy it. I won't ever buy little things in-game though but as a bundle in the gold edition I saw good value and something that will enhance my gameplay experience.
Yeah, doubt it was done with intention but it's tasteless though as there's so many other staged images they could have used. Weird they used an actual real-life murder victim.
Nothing to do with the "snowflake" generation. Imagine if it was your dad or someone close to you who died and an image of their corpse was used in a game for no real reason, you'd be pissed.
I'm still getting used to only having a few lives and only being hit once and dying. Not getting far on Ghouls and Ghosts. Used to be a pro at that back in my younger days.
First TW game I won't buy. I purchased Warhammer the first one as it was a TW game so had to try it. It was fun but never hooked me like the historical ones did. It's not what the old-school TW players want again. The people who've been there since the original Shogun, like me.
Agree. Being a "Jack of all Trades" always comes with a big downside somewhere. That downside is power in regards to the Switch.
If you own the game, it's added for free. If you don't own the game you have to pay for it to play it.
I heard about that, financial domination where the women demands money and the person gives it. It's pretty crazy stuff but they get a kick out of handing over their money.
What do you mean? They're the same console just one was limited. Why would it sell different?
Don't think some of you are getting that this edition is a limited edition period. Launch editions are usually around a lot longer but this is limited and uses it's old codename not the official name.
Even though they've all sold out and are only for launch day? Cool story bro!
I pre-ordered. Not missing out on checking out this beast day one.
I will. Currently playing Metroid, half way through Luigi's Mansion 2, need to get Ever Oasis and Superstar Saga. then start the Bravely Default series, then have a go on the new Monster Hunter. The 3DS is still well and truly alive.
Yeah, and they make you grind and grind and grind to get what you need to beat the game properly all the while dangling little one-day deals in front of your face whenever possible to get instantly what hours and hours and hours of grinding can get you.
