Did everyone forget how the Battlefield 3 beta looked? It's the same demo build from E3- that's almost 3 months old and they still have close to 2 months before release. This is DICE we're talking about here. Can we at least give them the benefit of the doubt that they know what they're doing?
If the new AMD R9 GPU is actually faster and cheaper than a Titan, I imagine (or hope) that Nvidia will answer aggressively with price drops. If the 770 drops to $300 and the 780 drops to $450 or $500 Q4 2013 will be a very appealing time to do some upgrades. Also this is only this year. It seems the poor consoles will be completely obliterated in terms of power in around two years.
With the AH gone good loot drops will dramatically increase, which is what Diablo is all about really. So probably yes. You won't have to tear your hair out on an MP10 run just to see some decent loot. Oh and no always-connected DRM.
Sounds like that x86 architecture consoles adopted is gonna make the PC the lead platform more often than not. Great news!

All those games but Uncharted are available on PC. You can play them in native 1920x1080 and 60fps right now. No need to wait for a cash grab remake.

Spin it however you want but the truth is that used game sales generate as much income for the developer and publisher of the game as pirating does; nothing. Piracy is not exclusive to PC. Used game sales IS exclusive to consoles.

A good optimized PS4 might equal a Mid PC from a year ago with an i3-3220 and an HD 7850 GPU. A mid PC from this year can have a GTX 770 GPU and an FX-8350 8 core @ 4.0 Ghz base.
