In my medium sized city, there were at least three (that I regularily drove past) small electronics repair shops with "Playstation Repair Here" in the window. There were always 2"x2" ads in the Classifieds.
The age on this forum is *very* young - and most of them I imagine had Ps2 as their first console.
Heck, I'm embarassed to tell you which my first console was -- and it wasnt a PSone :)

I *want* the games to look and play alike, why? Because I want a new and improved Gears of War -- its a SEQUAL.
There will be other new IPs that I'll enjoy too, but I want more Gears of War -- it was a MASSIVE hit and it deserved every acclaim it recieved.
Heat issues: Fixed last year, and everyone gets a free warranty repair.
Thats how you take care of your customers. Now, if only Sony had done something to help all the broken PS2s that litter our landfills.

Good thing the heat issues were resolved almost a year ago. And, everyone gets a free repair if they have any problem.
So, as a customer, I'm much happier knowing that MS will take care of me if I ever have a problem with my Xbox 360 (I havent).
Also, as a customer, I am unhappy that Sony did nothing to help me when I had 3 PS2s fail.
