The pic in the snow looks cool. That one shot looks as good as MGS4.

This is a joke, but then again it could be true. I have had 2 PS2's.
Who stated the PS3 games were only 30% done. Heavenly sword has been in development for over 2 years. And lets not forget some of these games were meant to come out in April for the PS3’s original release date.
And look at MGS4; you can use no excuses for not having final development kits.
WarHawk looks like a 360 launch title.
The console is cheap now and has a sh#t load of games, it kind of makes sense really.
And based on this information it’s a good sign of things to come for the 360, as the PS3 will have fewer games and will be more expensive.
I'm tired of these fighting games, but some of the graphical effects look good.

I think the PS3 developers have had enough time to get their games to a good graphical level. Look at MGS4, Assassin's creed and Heavily Sword. Some PS3 games have been in development for 2 years or more. About the same time as some 2nd gen 360 titles.
And the dev stations they are working on should give them a good idea of what they can expect from the final de...
Sorry the PS3 is too much money.
£425 is too much for a games system that will have 1 or possibly 2 good games for it at launch. That’s what I look at, good games and its going to take 1 or 2 years before Sony gets there. That’s when I will buy.
But for now the 360 holds the advantage for lots of games coming out in 06. Maybe the end of 07 will be different.

Is this what they meant by future proof. Being able to upgrade it like a computer (Joke). I like game consoles, PC's are fine but I have always been a console fan far more than a PC fan. And I hate upgrading sh#t.
I hate to sound negative but I just feel Sony are losing their way a little. I want to know about great games and not fu#king being able to upgrade the PS3 in the future.

The dev kits for the PS3 at this stage are far from finished if the reports are true. Which means they are sh#t when compared to the 360 final dev kits.
And the Cell chip only has a little more power (20%) when used at its peak than the 360's cpu. Go to hardware site to find this info.
And some of the games that were shown at e3 were at a poor stat with frame rates and so on. Some of these games have been in development for the same amount of time as 2nd gen 360 ...
This game looks cool and the demo should be out before its released.

I think they will drop the price for the 360 towards the end of this year but not by $100, but maybe $50. They are purchasing more chips at one time and as a result they are getting them at a cheaper price break. It would make sense the more they manufacture the cheaper it becomes. Not only that, the technologies they use becomes cheaper as well.
MS should cut the cost for the consumers and not because of the launch of PS3.
