I remember SONY filed a patent a few years ago for a break apart controller. It splits into two pieces when you want to play games that require motion control, and when you just want to lay in a chair and play Uncharted you connect the two controllers together and play the old fashioned way.

With the way prices are coming down on TVs right now, it wouldn't surprise me if we could get a 40 inch PS branded 3DTV for around $500 in a year or so.
I don't think I'll bite on the 24 inch but if they come out with something a little bigger, I'll be all over it.
They can disband if they want to but I don't think thats going to change the fact that everyone is still looking for these guys.

I think Microsoft will unveil the successor to the 360 at E3 2012 and I think Sony will concentrate more on their 2012 lineup of games and of course PSVita. Then at TGS or a seperate press event later in the year, unveil the PS4.
Either way I think all three next-gen systems will be out by the end of 2013.

I might be alone in this but personally, as a PlayStation fan I've never been more excited than I am right now. We have so many great games to look forward to on the PS3, the Vita launch is going to be big and there is a potential PS4 announcement within the next few years.
What do they do after Uncharted 3? ...How about Uncharted 4?
I don't see any reason for them to stop making Uncharted games after Uncharted 3. They're amazing games that sell millions of copies.
