Why is Modern Warfare 2 over CoD 4? The online in that game was broken upon release and they added way too much shit that plagues the recent CoD's. 4 was sublime and BALANCED.

well despite me hating infinite, i do admit from playing bioshock 1, i always wanted to see rapture before the fall, with actual citizens and stuff. this looks interesting, especially if they really flesh out a Chinatown like experience.

im sorry, mass effect should not be praised for having femshep. she says the same damn lines and acts the same damn way as the other shep.
the game should be praised for all the effort in having 2 voice actors/programming, and giving players a lot of variety ----> but not for progressing strong female characters in the video game industry... my girlfriend noticed she walked like a man in the first cutscene.

This just in. It will be 2 shooting levels where you kill evil scientist and their minions and there will be some walkable cutscenes. OH I forgot, 1 new weapon.

In that way yes, a game I guess could get a 10. But Ocarina of Time is still far from perfect. Like I said, TLoU could deserve a 10, but there are a few minor complaints which makes it not perfect.
I understand what Goldeneye did for console gaming, but Half-Life 2 is just unmatched sorry. FarCry3, Infinite, Borderlands, do not deserve to be on this list... at all.

I wouldn't give a single game a perfect score, because there is no perfect game. The best games of all time could be VASTLY improved.
like it or not, CoD: 4 changed everything, for better or worse for FPS. Perks, achievements that unlocked new weapons and items, killstreaks with bonus's... it also doesnt hurt that the singleplayer was pretty impressive.
