yes, they are singing. but they are synthesized and overdubbed so its nothing special. (meaning you put the voices into the computer and alter it. its completely generic.

Im actually surprised they put GTA IV. They basically worshipped that game in the overkill 7 PAGE Review. Hell they might as well of given that game a 11/11 because it was so perfect. You try to play that game now and its a fucking nightmare.
no? using angelic voice synths and ripping off LOTR and Star Wars isnt exactly anything new. if anything Starcraft had 3 of the more innovative themes that each spanned 10+ minutes.
while its not a new engine, its a complete revamp so they should be able to scale things up ok. meaning, things wont look that much better, but there will be way more stuff.
just simplify things back to CoD 4. That would spice things up.

Uncharted 3 had some choppy framerate areas, where as 2 was silk smooth the entire game. But yes, Uncharted 3 is just as good and even more ambitious.

Yes, you have to take those things into account. But TLoU is just on another playing field. I could spend hours pointing out the dozens of nuances and details in each section of a level. Lets just look at the third person perspective the game has. What Naughty Dog does with the camera while in game is so subtle, but so effective. The camera will pan out, ease in depending on what god damn hallway you are going through, or it will slightly zoom out and sets up an opening shot for a new area. ...
What the hell can you do in Infinite other than look around rooms to find coffee or coins which does next to nothing or talk ONCE to a NPC or look for Audiologs?
Is it really that hard to just come out and say its the best game ever made? I mean what is the competition? Ocarina of time, Planescape Torment, Starcraft, Half-Life, Mario 64, Diablo 2, Bioshock? There isnt anything sorry. Videogames are not like films where you have to wait a while to judge.
Its ok. There is one awesome boss (the doll.) lots of crappy puzzles and pointless characters though.
