I just read the piece and I feel dumber. I mean, how can she not see how different all those games are design wise? Seriously, it blows my mind the way she compares all those games just because they have cut-scenes... I mean, what is going on?
There is so much wrong on that piece that it would take a monumental wall of text to rectify it because it's all broken from the very beginning. And how come I can see such a low quality article even with the filter "on"? ...
with Toriyama on board I wouldn't expect any future FF games to be good again. FFvs is the only game that still has a chance since he's not involved with it.
FF13-2 is much more bigger than FF13 and it only took them like a year.

NG3 gameplay runs at 60 frames (just like NG 1 and 2) while cut-scenes run at 30 frames with more detail on PS3 and Xbox:

Wii U online offers tons of services that are way superior to XBL like watching your friends play games and is all free.

read the article. Computer and Videogames played the demo too and nothing is scripted... You don't even have to fight the guys if you don't want to and the there are several ways to enter the buildings and stuff. They played the same demo that was shown in the conference but in a completely different way.

if they start talking about PS4 so soon then people will lose interest on current gen games like Last of Us that is coming out next year.

but there's a huge difference between being realistic to just plain silly like for example: Neptunia and Atelier. These 2 highlight exactly what most western gamers hate the most about Jrpg's.
And I'm not saying that these 2 are bad games but that their presentation is hard to stomach if you aren't a weaboo.
