A hardcore gamer is someone who plays or enjoys multiple types of games on multiple platforms. But this doesn't mean that to be hardcore you must play all types of games on every possible device.
Playing one or only few games does not make you a hardcore gamer even if you play it 24/7, it makes you a hardcore player of that game or few games.

Everything didn't go perfect with the 3DS but it's never about staying on your feet, it's about coming back up when you fall down and that's exactly what 3DS did. Also the Wii U hasn't even released and nobody knows how it will do and that's why it's just plain stupid to say things like this at this point.

Back on topic: IMO they should change their laptop and tablet sides of business. There's a lot more competitors in those fields and their computers don't have that same wide appeal as their consoles.
I agree. Being satisfied with the games we have now should not stand in the way of progress. Technology keeps going forward and consoles shouldn't lag too much behind just because some of us are happy with what we have today.

Please read my previous comment again, and try to comprehend it this time. I never said that people can't like CoD. All I said was that IMO a yearly release with minimum effort put in it does not deserve to sell 20 million copies every year. Those games don't see enough progress IMO to even warrant another full release and the people who buy it _every year_ are supporting this type of cheap tactics, which is why I consider them sheep.

I believe that most people who hate CoD on the internet don't play it. Just because it's the game that sells the most every year, it doesn't mean that everyone plays it. More like it's a game that divides gamers like no other game does and has a huge amount of sheep who buy it every year and a huge amount of people who hate it.
The "Solid" doesn't come from Solid Snake, they added it when they went 3D with MGS1 and got "solid" objects in the game or something like that. Google it for a better explanation.
