Wow but those are some great discounts. Most titles are around 75% off! Good time to buy if you see something you like.
Can't wait to see the 360 version in action. October is comin up quick so it can't be too far away...
I just say that because they open the games beforehand and label them with stickers that are very hard to remove. Messin up the box and opening the game kind of defeats the purpose of buying new. Might as well buy used seeing as it usually comes in the exact same condition. Imo, of course.
I think Infinity beats every single one of these. Though it hasn't been released. Check it out. Seamlessly fly from the ground into space. Hawt Damn.

I admit, for buying new games GS is the worst place to go. But since I rarely buy new, It's awesome. GS is kind of like a pawn shop. You wouldn't go there to buy a new fancy laptop, so don't expect to get one. You go for the large selection and to buy cheap.
I buy MAYBE two new games a year. All the rest I buy are used. Maybe it's not great for the publisher, but at $60 a pop I just can't justify buying new. And for used games, nobody beats GameStop's...
The game may have sucked, but I still have respect for 2K. At least they care about their fans.
It may have been ridiculously cumbersome and unwieldy, but it still holds a special place in my heart. Nostalgia is a strange thing...
Haha some people pay thousands of dollars for a fancy pizza. It's their money.
Hey dude, I don't play CoD, but I know this: each to his own. You may not like it, but others might. For some reason that's just how the world works.
I don't know. I could go for Time Crisis, Enslaved, or Ace Combat. Those are decent games.
Suddenly I see why people make such a big deal out of reviews around here. It's because they mistakenly think the review is in comparison to other games. Think about it for a sec: Reviews are not meant to be compared. Only to represent how much a person may enjoy the specific game being reviewed.
I admit, it's an easy and natural step to start comparing review scores and thinking they have some sort of relationship, but they don't.
Hmmm, I guess your right. Perhaps, "expansion-sized" is a better word. $60 was ridiculous.
Haha fair enough. Just seems like all the sudden many developers are trying to shamelessly copy the success of Minecraft with a slightly altered clone. But if they're successful, hey, more power to ya.
Oh great, another open, cubed world game. This Minecraft craze is getting ridiculous.
God I hope all versions kick ass.
To be fair, Halo Wars, Halo ODST, and Halo Reach did come out consecutively over 3 years, but all were either made by different companies, or (in ODST's case) just an expansion. None of them were rushed or just put out to make money. Milking seems to imply a decline in quality in order to make a quick money grab, but every single Halo game has so far been relatively AAA.
If they keep quality up, honestly I don't care if one comes out every year.
Far Cry really came out of nowhere with Far Cry 2 and 3. The games just didn't get much press, but damn they look good. High hopes for FC3.
Honestly, neither company is being very professional here.
Well I know the multiplayer is going to be Reach's multiplayer only with some gametypes to mimic the gameplay of the original. And I'm kinda glad they didn't change the Spartan models to look like Reach's. The original armor looks better, imo.
Haha well they have a combat tech demo meant to test out the flight system they're integrating. So you can download it and test it and see. :P
