Same could be said about the 'supposed' MGS4 delay, "the only people that had a problem were known XBOX fanboys," right? Sensible people know that if it's delayed, it's for a good reason.
But don't they usually send these messages to your e-mail, that's how the Warhawk and Home beta worked, right?
Why the hell did he wait until the end to ZOOM IN?
We're only at what, 1.81. In-Game XMB is only a matter of TIME, and there is still plenty of it before Fall(Home) to implement many of these features which will steadily enhance the In-Game activities. I don't think they have to all come with the 2.0 update... ;)
Glad to see they fixed the animations on the ground soldiers.
Kutaragi deserves his respects as being a brilliant technical engineer who helped his company and the gaming industry move towards where it's at now. It's disheartening to see him leave, especially at a time when technology is being pushed more than ever.
He looks so proud of his baby =P
If he was still alive, I wonder if he would make a movie with Jet Li and Jackie Chan. Why do the legends have to die before their time?
"Nintendo knows its target audience, because it has really narrowed that down; and it’s pretty much defined by a boy or girl’s ability to admire Pokemon."

Not surprising how much Sony has turned the volume down on them. Now, you only see Phil and Jack talking. Where'd Kaz go?
"But Sony's console isn't seen as the system for the hard-core gamer, as is the 360. It's seen as the system for rich people who already own a 360 and are looking for something frivolous to spend their cash on."
hmmm... maybe because the 360 has had time to establish the type of games that define it such as Lost Planet, Dead Rising, Gears of War. The PS3 has Resistance and Motorstorm which are only two titles. Until Lair, Heavenly Sword, Warhawk, Uncharted... come ...
Little Big Planet is actually coming out early next year on BD, though the demo will be available on the PSN this fall.
came with the Knigts of the Nine expansion, but they never released Shivering Isles.
Perhaps in a top 10
I loved that game. Lion King music is also one of the best!
The trailer has been out for a year, including the end where it ends with a 2007 release. I still think that's what they're aiming for, to get it out by holiday shopping season.
But I guess either have the freedom to skip them at anytime, or create an option in the menu for a downsized version for people who think they're too long.
Nah, too much jargon. Keep the cutscenes in full! ;0
Itagaki is one funny guy. Quote of the month!
Itagaki: I’d like to show everybody some of the new stuff that we’ve been working on in the near future. The only problem with that is that when the other developers see what we’re doing, they’re going to lose all of their motivation to create any game in the same genre, because there’s no way they can beat it."
This guy is truly original! I hope they keep it exclusive, or at least develop it for one console and ...
1. We have seen gameplay. This vid is still a very early build, so don't complain how they move like robots.
2. Kojima stated that he is addressing the long cut-scenes in MGS4, but I personally love the cut-scenes. It shows off his director's side and feels like a movie.
3. The greenish color in MGS4 is, according to Kojima, "keeping silver" which is a term used in movies where they purposefully tarnish the screen to create a certain mood or to display...
Get an American account. I already have a Japanese and European account. Just google American PSN account or something, it's pretty easy.
Good thing the final game on physical disc is coming with a headset ;)
