The only games that jump at me from your list are Alan Wake and NG2.
With all of that trash he was talking, he better be able to back all of that up.

You don't get Memory Card readers or Wi-Fi for $450. Why not sell it for $400 to increase its value over the $500 60GB with all features included?

Well Halo 3 and Lair come on two different systems, so I doubt Halo 3 is going to have an impact on Lair's sales. On the other hand, Heavenly Sword will because they're on the same system and releasing on the same day. Let's just hope it doesn't get pushed back because of this.
It's always been multi-platform anyways. PlayStation just got its first. Nevertheless, Grand Theft Auto is back on next-gen and any fan should be excited for it.
