I don't know, I've never been into WWII shooters. Might give this one a chance and rent it though. Hopefully they can borrow some mechanics from COD4.
But too bad I know no one with a PS3 and I'm not too fond of video chatting with complete strangers on my friends list either.
Well that makes sense. Yeah, never played Final Fantasy VII. Thanks for clearing that up for me.
I might be alone, but I enjoyed Spirit Within more than Advent Children. I loved that whole space environment not to mention the cgi graphics which were incredible at the time.
You do know that the part about switching discs was not a jab at the 360, right? It was a reference to the PS1 because **SPOILER I GUESS** that codec took place exactly where you had to switch discs in the PS1 version at Shadow Moses.
Kojima and many developers who get accused of being fanboys, I think are too intelligent for that nonsense. Be it Kojima or Itagaki, if they feel their game will shine the most on one platform, so be it.
Regarding past firmware updates, Sony will probably officialy announce it a couple of days before it comes out.
If Sony allows them to maintain full creative control and not have to worry about things like appealing to a wider audience and drawing in casuals or forcing online play, I'll be very happy. :)
I'd imagine Square's since they are publishing it.
Heavenly Sword should do well as a platinum. At $60, the length made it feel a little light. The production values and acting made up for some of it though.
No, this Naruto's a PS3 exclusive.
Fingers crossed. But I'm still waiting for more on the youtube uploading feature. Probably won't work on a game like this though.
What? I'm skeptical. 2008 seems too soon. We haven't been shown anything concrete for ages, it's hard to determine how far along they are.
But this idea of exclusive demos through Qore just doesn't sit well with me. Exclusive previews, sure. VIdeos, why not. Even betas are okay (since their purpose is only to test stability). But demos1? They should be available to everyone!
I hope it's only timed exclusive though :(
The list is missing Shadow of the Colossus as well. Brilliant game, but enjoyed by very few.
I played San Andreas for years too. GTA4's way too slow, I can barely get into it half the time, and where are all the good cheats.
I wonder, though, will it be like Assassin's Creed's where:
The big outside box had this cover
http://ps3.psu.com/media/ar...
But the actual inside disc case had the regular cover

But Sony REALLY needs to help out Konami on this one.
I mean a 10-15 minute MGS4 spot on the big screen previews for Hancock or some big movie.
Haze has a TV spot.
MGS4>Haze.
I'd rather a confirmation and date from the Official PS Blog or something.
If they do delay it, I hope everyone still gives them a chance. We don't want another bug-riddled Assassin's Creed in our consoles.
