The average of the game is 90%. In the world of math, that doesn't mean that its average. This score is only based on 20 or so reviews as well.
Although I don't see how Halo3 came up, Halo3 is a good game, its average score is also 94%.

This is a good effort by these guys to add an OK element of single player to unreal.
Unreal kicks enough ass on its own. A mildly interesting story is just a plus.
