YEAH BADLANDS IS HUGE! I wish they did more with it though outside of the main combat areas, you can fly around for miles it seems.
5-6 shots is now a problem? guess it needs to be a simulation. Headshots are still 100% fatal, learn to aim.
I've never seen the A.I run in circles. The only thing i've seen is:
A. One guy cover fire for another guy trying to flank me.
B. They move up but move by cover, not just run straight at you.(unless they are trying to flank/or have covering fire.

The PS3 Has 106 games to date. Yes some of them are not as good as the 360 ports, but the 360 wasn't looking too good its first year either with their game lineup before oblivion and gears.

8.5/10 is a realistic score. I'm almost gaining respect back for Gamespot after the Uncharted 8 & the Mass Effect 8.5. If they really are getting back to understanding that 9/10 10/10 games = perfect with n o techinal issues or problems that have to be overlooked to enjoy the game,...

But yes, seeing as how uncharted turns into a total different game.. Its pretty safe to say Sploodge didn't play the game in its entirety.
when you start a new map, there is 2 seconds of texture resolution change.
No pauses/stutters. Most of the time the characters are speaking so you aren't really sitting around in a hallway or something concentrating on the loading. Its just like you walked into another part of the map.
Future games will get the hang of this more, It will be nice to see once its fully flushed out. I just wonder, if you can run backwards in the level... I'll have to try that.

Crysis is the best looking game I've seen in my life. Second goes to Uncharted.
Crysis has dense jungles with moss/grass/bushes/trees high res characters, high res GROUND... destructible everything.Godrays, motion blur, dof, hell even the water refracts light to create that rainbow like effect.
No technical issues...
No Gameplay issues...
No Replay Value issues...

Uncharted uses 8 pass fluid dynamics to generate the ripples as drake walks through the water. It also calculates buoyancy for when enemies fall or while swimming. To top that all off, there is water resistance when your character runs deep into it.
Perhaps if you played that game, ever. You would see what all reviewers are talking about.

I am at chapter 16. I decided to stop playing until my Rumble comes in, then I'll continue or start over from the beginning.
This is the first time in history that I will stop a game in the middle, and restart from the beginning, but man.. I really don't wanna finish it off yet! So much perfection.
