I largely agree completely!! I don't car that they make mad bank in the mobile market, just so long as they continue to make games on home systems. I hate gaming on mobile. It's fine for certain games and in short bursts, but real true gaming it's not to me.
I have said this so many times. People argue XB1/PS4 sales numbers and MS doesn't really care TOO much. It is not their bread and butter. I look at the Xbox brand as nothing more than a marketing division. It gives them a platform and viability with presence in the games world for Windows. Microsoft wants to at least break even with the Xbox endeavor. That's really it.

Well thank you. There obviously is a market. I'm just rarely interested at the console level. Smartphones I rarely play long sessions so a free to play may work until they make it unfair. Consoles just haven't captured my attention yet. Sorry I'm babbling again😊
The PS3 came to life late, now I don't believe PS3 ever was as far apart from 360 as XB1 is to PS4, but that really doesn't matter. Europe is the market that decides. Japan will never buy a US console. XB1/PS4 in US are not that far apart. Europe is where PS is killing XB. I think MS has handled their hardware woes for now. They need to figure out VR. I think it's going to be huge actually so MS better decide its path in that market.

I do not give ANY free to play games the time of day. I am NOT into mice transactions. I can deal with DLC on a VERY limited basis, but smartphone, I might try a free to play, but not on a console. Unless I hear that the game is incredible and there are EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY fair micro transactions forget it.

You all are nuts!!! No system has ever 'successfully' sold higher than $499. Xbox one is the only to have semi success and look how it was beaten by PS4. It will likely launch at $499. I agree too!! Even if it was in Bulletstorm, it never bothers me when others use something. Every game builds on other games!! It looks way cool!! I'm excited!!
I think Nintendo will make a bit more than 10%. They will get close to a third of The Pokemon Company's take because I think they have between 30 to 35% stake in them. Don't quote me and I don't know how profits are divided up. This is direct profit. I do believe this helps Nintendo in many other ways too. I think it's going to reinvigorate the Pokemon franchise some too.
