Dice just needs to end the single player façade and focus fully on multiplayer for this series!
My question is, just how updated will the next gen console versions be? Will the next gen console versions contain all the up to date content that is on the PC?

In regards to plasmas, that's not true at all. New plasmas, even after the break in period can still get image retention! I have a Panasonic VT60 that I bought back in July. It has well over 200 hours of break in time on it and it still can get IR if left on a static image for too long. Now permanent burn in, I haven't experienced that but you really have to abuse the set to get permanent burn in.
Yeah but in turn it would be nice to access certain websites not available in app form like HBO Go and ESPN 360.
What does it matter? Both consoles are doing well.
I really hope they can hit 60fps! To me, that's very important for a racing game. It just adds to the realism.

I picked up the camera. The voice commands are nifty but not necessary. The coolest thing was in NBA 2K14, I needed to call timeout so I literally said "timeout" and the game responded! Now that was pretty cool!
No PC has had more exclusives in the past because any start up company could throw whatever shit they came up with on PC. This will be the first generation where indie developers will be able to code their stuff on consoles as freely and easily as they do on PC.
Wrong! The lack of unified architecture and the inability for developers to truly max out any one PC configuration is what's holding PC back, not consoles!

Right now I do believe this is the case with certain launch titles and we'll probably continue to see some of that next year as well. However going into 2015 I'd say most all developers will have moved on to next gen hardware.
