So what your saying is that games that come out later than other games are better...which is how it should be.
Thank goodness for progress.
I don't find anything wrong with reusing a formula that works, especially since Bungie uses the formula THEY created for Halo....for the Halo Games. It's only when people start rehashing other peoples formulas that it begins to get stale. Like how many game try to be CoD when they should be themselves.
But i think Crysis 2's story is alot better than what people think. It's not as grand as the Story in Halo, but that's mainly because Halo has the advantag...
My god...you'd think you would spend some points to at least get more health...
I kind of get what the author is saying...sure the Frostbite 2.0 engine looks amazing, but i doubt it will ad anything game-play wise.
I'm just waiting for them to say that their new destructive environments will allow more tactical battles, which is something that has been said ever since BLACK and has never actually come to fruition.
Hopefully they will break the mode, but the game-play we've seen so far hasn't been shown that.
No it makes sense...Like the new card AMD just released? the HD 6990? the thing is an absolute monster...but who is going to buy a $600 dollar card when most games don't even stress a 5870 like i have?
What does not having a lot of responsibilities have to do with anything?
Which is why people pirate games...other than to stick it to the man.
I don't think MoH deserves to be on that list.
@Focker420
No i got them from Vgchartz...which is located in your mom's ass, not mine.
And yes, I am only counting the US market, because that's the only one that has all consoles over 100,000 units sold in a week.
What about this week in with the EMEAA? WHat mind blowing numbers are being sold there?
I think PS3 is in more trouble, because while they do have more exclusives, no one is sure how many consoles those exclusives sell, not just games.
Not to mention the the Move that's not getting the attention they were hoping.
And doesn't the PSN have Steam in it? Can't you get Fez there?
The last time i checked the Xbox was outselling the PS3 2 to 1 (at least i think) for the past 5 months. I think your fanboy math is off by a lot.
But props for trying to make yourself look like you know something by adding the .2 there. Nice...
It still happens, but it's nowhere near as prevalent as it once was.
This guy's an ass...one of those hobbyists he's slamming could come out with the next Minecraft or angry birds.
why don't you check out the comment section of this article.

from the very first comment they are bitching about the graphics.
While you do make some good points you can't get past the point that you haven't actually played they game, therefore nothing you say hold any context to Homefront its self.
And while it's true that the Military Shooter genre is staling out, that doesn't mean that it's dead, it just means that we have to push for new ideas to push them forward. Homefront's push is, in my point of view, its story telling. Because, though all of the games faults i hones...
Yeah, that was the only thing i really didn't like about the game was the reused environments.
but I really like the two handed weapons attack much faster, and can hit more than one enemy, which is WAY better than the origins system.
Am i the only one who thinks the characters are creepy? Talk about the uncanny valley, amirite?
google "uncanny valley" if you don't have a clue what that is.
I would like to politely disagree with what you said. I think that while it seems logical that North and South Korea would unite, i personally think that couldn't happen. Mainly because their is a lot of bad blood between them, like North Korea being run by a Communist Dictator...tends to hurt the whole unity thing. Not to mention China doesn't support North Korea anymore. Why? Because they finally found something they really, really like...money, and allying yourself with a wild stat...
It kind of reminds me of that Russia Invades Georgia thing that happened a couple of years ago...
So what your basically saying is that Games that run on a PC are better looking than games that run on a console...i don't think anyone was arguing this point, but it IS true...though a little obvious.
