Is this guy's other job to delete all the xbox fanboys comments on there.
All this does is tell other people who own the movie to watch the movie when you're going to watch it... so its pretty pointless. Its confusing because people instantly think you are streaming your movie to others.
Sales would naturally increase even without the price cut or 40GB PS3 because its getting closer to christmas.
Now its less likely that they will release the Open Beta on Thursday. Why would they update the closed beta all of a sudden then make it useless and release an open beta. Unless it will be the same thing, just available to everyone.

The guys are so desperate to keep HD DVD alive and this is not good for anyone but the HD DVD supporters.
And although not alot of PS3 owners are buying BD movies, when they get cheaper and more movies are available on that platform, people will choose BD over buying a new HD DVD player.
Say by the end of the year, there are 3 million PS3s in america which is very likely. Say 1/5 of PS3 owners buy BD Movies, this means 600,000 active blu-ray players. Add that to the 400,000 and you get 1,000,000 in america over 600,000 HD-DVDs.

I think Nintendo is making Wiis at a slow rate on purpose. I mean the PS3 has no problems, yes i know its not selling as much but it has a Blu-ray player and a cell broadband engine. Whats so special inside the Wii. Nothing. ANd the controller isnt that hard to manufacture.

With the increase in sales of the PS3, HD DVD is slipping away at the same speed.
If the two formats end up living together and none giving in, it probably wont last too long. Paramount have just over 1 year left on the 'HD DVD exclusive' contract.
Please dont judge us europeans based on these adverts. We (most) dont like them either!

But yeah i prefer the US ones but these are typically more european adverts. It would be unusual to see a PS3 US type advert for anything down here.

If you 360 breaks and its under warranty, you get a new one free. But still some percentage of 360s bought must be after getting theirs broken after 12 months. Around 10% maybe.

The 360 version looks better again. More depth in color and more detail.
